About me

BUCKINGHAMSHIRE WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER

Well, there I am. A terrible attempt at a self portrait but I couldn't get away with not showing my face somewhere...

I'm much better when I'm the right side of the camera, capturing couples in love and friends and family enjoying the celebration of marriage.

I've always had a love for photography, and lucky that the introduction of affordable digital cameras came at the right time - my first was a 2MP Sony cybershot. I first started shooting weddings around ten years ago for friends and family, and it's gradually grown from there.

I've shot weddings of all different sizes and styles and at all sorts of venues. My shooting style can be described at documentary or photo-journalistic; my aim is to capture the key moments and details of your day and tell the story of it in photographs. I will blend in throughout the day, ensure you're relaxed and comfortable when capturing couple's portraits and be on the dance floor when the party gets going.

You can see some images from previous weddings in my portfolio, or find out more about them on my blog.

So what else keeps me busy apart from photographing weddings and anything that catches my eye?

I'm based in a chocolate box village called Haddenham in the leafy and picturesque county of Buckinghamshire. Think Midsommer Murders (it's actually filmed in these parts!).

I am married (the very few times I've been on the other side of the camera at a wedding) to the amazing Laura, and we have 2 very special children, Neve & Cameron.

Our most recent addition in 2021 was an adorable and energetic, but loving and super smart cocker spaniel called OTTO. He keeps us busy with long walks in the woods and can often be found sleeping under my desk as I'm working away.
